Forums are a great way to gain exposure to your blog, drive traffic and network with other bloggers.
Thanks for the handy tips! In addition to commenting on forums and blogs, writing can also get you noticed in your niche. Websites like ezinearticles and associated content are great ways to promote oneself.

I've recently started to create articles for submission to the various article directories. It's gonna take time to build a 'library' of articles I have out there, but hey, it's definitely worth the effort!
